Job Summary
The Assisted Tools Team within the Customer & Employee UI Experiences Domain is seeking an Engineer Software/Dev candidate. The Assisted Tools Team supports multiple front-line customer support applications. This role will focus on the technician support channel, focusing on the T360 (Tech360) and NWT (National Watch Tower) applications, which support both our in-home fulfillment technicians, Network Technicians, and XOC agents in the field.Job Description
