Job Context

Agilyx delivers ERP and technology solutions that enable long-term business transformation. This role is responsible for delivering Certinia-based solutions to clients and ensuring projects meet defined scope, timelines and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the PMO, contribute to pre-sales activities and support the development of junior consultants.

 


Responsibilities



Pre-Sales

  • Support pre-sales by leading product demonstrations and contributing to solution design
  • Provide input to proposals, estimates and statements of work
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for existing and prospective clients

 

Project Delivery

  • Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes
  • Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions
  • Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials
  • Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues

 

Project Governance

  • Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams
  • Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders
  • Contribute to project planning and estimation activities
  • Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards
  • Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities

 

Internal Contribution

  • Mentor and support junior consultants
  • Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
  • Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience delivering Certinia solutions
  • Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
  • Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience

  • Remote-first role with travel across the UK as required
