Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CDL A Driver Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL A drivers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience recruiting within the transportation or logistics industry.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified CDL A drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding staffing requirements
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
  • Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines


Desired Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Previous recruiting experience preferred, especially within trucking, logistics, or transportation
  • Knowledge of CDL A driver requirements and DOT compliance is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
