ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in FP&A and Finance transformation to lead end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations. Experience with any Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system is welcomed and candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in FP&A.
This is a client-facing role that involves running workshops, designing system architectures, and drafting blueprint documents to guide implementations. If you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and enjoy crafting solutions that empower businesses, this role is for you.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Transformation Leadership: Drive finance transformation programmes leveraging Agile methodologies, guiding clients through process optimisation and technology enablement.
Implementation Management: Manage end-to-end implementations of CCH Tagetik or other EPM solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Vision and Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define their vision for finance transformation, incorporating the latest in technology trends, service innovation, and leading practices.
Technical Solution Design: Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate client needs into comprehensive blueprint documents for implementation.
System Strategy and Data Modeling: Define and design robust finance systems strategies, including data models that align with clients' business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
EPM System Experience: Hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik, or similar EPM systems.
Finance Expertise: Strong knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
Consulting Background: Proven experience in a consulting role with expertise in client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern finance technologies and an ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
Transformation Leadership: Experience leading finance transformation programmes and implementing innovative finance systems strategies.
Cross-Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of finance’s integration with other business functions.
