About the job

We’re looking for a Category Manager to take full ownership of Eneba’s non-gaming categories:

E-Money Lifestyle top-ups and Mobile recharge top-ups. This position is a growth engine: you’ll be accountable for consistently inventing and delivering new ways to grow category sales at least 3× within 12–24 months.

This role covers two big areas:

Daily supervision & performance (≈20% of time) — dashboards, KPI hygiene, tactical optimizations, pricing, supplier operations, quick-win tests.

Strategic initiatives & execution (≈80% of time) — translate market insights and experiment results into plans, lead cross-functional execution, launch scalable GTM and product changes that materially move the needle. You’ll own the commercial outcome end-to-end: ideas, experiments, launches, metrics, and scale.

Responsibilities
  • Full commercial ownership (P&L mindset) of assigned non-gaming categories.
  • Defining and executing the growth roadmap: discovery, hypothesis, testing, and scale.
  • Daily category health: assortment, pricing, promotions, supply relationships, and short-term tactical fixes.
  • Running complex cross-department projects — from product changes to large marketing or payments integrations.
  • Turning ambiguity into repeatable flows and lightweight processes to accelerate delivery.
  • Measuring success with clear KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • You’ll be supported by Commerce, Product, Data and Payments, but must be comfortable leading cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven delivery of complex initiatives — you can show projects you led end-to-end that required coordination across teams and delivered measurable business impact.
  • Experience in an agile, fast-moving company — preferably digital, fintech, payments, marketplaces, or similarly rapid environments.
  • Hungry & results-driven — willing to put in extra effort when needed to deliver and grow. You get things done.
  • Strong commercial and numerical literacy — you read data, build hypotheses, and translate numbers into actions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Product and experimentation mindset: formulate clear hypotheses, run tests, interpret results, iterate and scale.
  • Comfort with ambiguity — you shape unstructured problems into pragmatic flows and processes.
  • Bias for execution and urgency — you ship, measure, and improve.

Nice to have
  • Experience with digital prepaid, wallets, or marketplace commerce; familiarity

What success looks like
  • You design, launch and scale initiatives that result in 3× category sales within 12–24 months.
  • You institutionalize repeatable processes and playbooks that enable the team to sustain growth.
  • Cross-functional partners rely on you to drive and deliver complex, interdependent projects.
