About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Card IT Manager to own the technical delivery of our card products. You will be directly in charge of the cards backlog and a dedicated engineering team, acting as the product owner for everything card-related from processor integrations to feature delivery. You will report to the CPO, who oversees the function at a strategic level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the cards technical backlog end to end
  • Lead and manage a dedicated card engineering/development team
  • Act as product manager for the card platform roadmap, requirements, delivery
  • Design and maintain integrations with card processors and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Manage APIs and services connecting cards, wallets, and the trading platform
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into technical specifications
  • Coordinate with Card Operations on issuance, transactions, and reconciliation flows
  • Ensure platform security and compliance (PCI DSS, data protection) at the technical level
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and monitoring of card systems
  • Manage incident response and resolution for card-related technical issues
  • Report delivery status, risks, and technical metrics to management

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in payments, card processing, or fintech systems
  • Experience managing engineering teams and technical backlogs
  • Understanding of card scheme integrations, APIs, and payment infrastructure
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS and secure development practices
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms (forex/CFD brokerage experience preferred)
  • Strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving mindset
