Candidate Outreach Associate

This is an internal role at Weekday, not a role with one of our clients.

Location: Remote, India
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week (with 1 mandatory working Sunday in a month with higher incentive)
Role Levels: Junior Intern, Senior Intern, Contractor/Consultant, and Full-Time POD Lead

About the Role

This is a high-volume outbound calling role. You will call shortlisted candidates, explain job opportunities, confirm their interest, and update their responses

You will be expected to make 100–120 outbound calls per day, follow up regularly, and meet daily targets. A substantial part of your working day will be spent on calls

What You’ll Do

• Call candidates and pitch the company, role, location, and requirements.

• Confirm their interest, availability, notice period, and other required details.

• Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, or email.

• Share interested candidates with the relevant team.

• Keep call logs and candidate records accurate and updated.

• POD Leads will also coordinate the team, coach associates, and track daily work and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed graduation with 0–1 year of experience. Current college students are not eligible.

• Clear and fluent spoken English and professional phone communication.

• Comfort with repetitive calling, follow-ups, and daily targets.

• Basic spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.

• Availability for the stated work schedule.

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

Compensation

• Fixed pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000/month

• Performance Bonus : ₹5,000–₹10,000/month

Role and compensation depend on experience, interview assessment, and mutual fit. Incentives are performance-based, not guaranteed. Full pay terms will be shared before you accept the offer.
