The Campaign Optimization Growth Advisor will be responsible for growing revenue for the SMB Strategic book of business within the North America market. This will be achieved by the launch and optimization of Promoted Listings campaigns on behalf of a designated allocation of priority sellers on the eBay NA platform. This advisor will be an expert of the expanded eBay Advertising portfolio (PLG, PLP, PO, PS) and will create plans based on sellers’ objectives & budgets to drive sales and advertising revenue growth.
The advisor will demonstrate a key partnership approach with the NA SMB Strategic Account Management team to optimize our evolving go to market strategy, and bolster positive revenue growth impact for our sellers and the eBay platform. They will develop trusted operational relationships with our Business Unit stakeholders, and will be at ease reporting into multiple organizational hierarchies including Global Customer Experience (GCX), Global Seller Development (GSD), and Global Advertising.
The advisor will be accountable for the overall performance of their book of business, ensuring that they deliver on all established expectations and timelines while simultaneously delivering optimal CSAT for our sellers. They will be tasked with multi-level performance reporting and with keeping our Business Units updated on relevant trends and customer insights.
This is a strategic role with a core focus on the optimization and growth of SMB Promoted Listing Priority campaigns (i.e. CPC advertising models) with a core emphasis on the ability to work accurately and to meet deadlines in a fast and ever-changing environment. The role will have visibility from a Global Seller Development leadership viewpoint.
Core Duties:
- Responsible for working with the Core team and Business Unit to optimize and integrate new seller for the Advertising Managed Service program.
- Be the primary point of contact for sellers onboarded to the Managed Service program.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, partners, and global customer service leaders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of business initiatives to internal and external partners.
- Forecast and track account metrics.
- Responsible for keeping current sellers satisfied and delivering exceptional seller service on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our products.
- Understanding of the core requirements & opportunities for growth for SMB sellers on the eBay platform.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Provide comprehensive customer support through email correspondence, direct phone calls, and interactive online meetings.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of eBay's systems and tools while working in AVAYA, Communicator and Zoom for the purpose of effective call management, and to enable high-quality recordings that enhance training and development initiatives.
- This is a dedicated, full-time position based on approximately 40 hours per week.

- Strong working knowledge of internal and external PC based systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Agent Desktop, Salesforce, HIVE)
- Account Management Experience managing CPC portfolios and advertising budgets is preferred.
Experience:
- 2 years commercial or sales experience within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- 2 years working with performance-based digital advertising products.
- 2 years experience with eBay Advertising Growth team preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Applicants of Grade 18+ are preferred.
- Position is being hired at a Grade 21.
- Applicants of Grades 21-23 would accept this position as a lateral move.
- GCX Career Framework may allow for potential growth once in role up to grade 23 based on Contribution and Impact.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$48,400 - $73,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
