What You'll Be Crafting

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, focused on lead generation and sales.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform campaign strategies.

  • Strategize campaign concepts, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, ROI, key metrics), making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Write high-converting ad copy, including captions, subtitles, and creatives aligned with campaign goals.

  • Proactively communicate ideas, updates, and results with the team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  • Manage campaign workflows, including delegating tasks to VAs and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Leverage AI tools to support copywriting, ideation, and creative production.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.


Your Superpowers

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or digital campaign management.

  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimization (CPA, ROI, performance tracking)

  • Proven ability in copywriting for ads and marketing campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitor analysis.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for stakeholders collaboration and reporting.

  • Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Flexibility to put in extra hours when necessary to meet campaign deadlines or urgent optimization needs.

  • A genuine passion for driving business growth and creating measurable impact through well-executed advertising strategies.
