AI Summary

Manage campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables between strategists, project managers, and creatives. Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns within lifecycle platforms.

About the role

We’re hiring a full-time Campaign Coordinator who can manage campaign timelines, communicate clearly with strategists and project managers, and also build and QA email/SMS campaigns directly. You’ll keep projects moving, ensure all deliverables stay on track, and handle the end-to-end setup of assets inside modern email and SMS programs.

If you’re organized, proactive, detail-focused, and able to move fast without sacrificing accuracy, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables move smoothly from creative to implementation
  • Update Asana tasks throughout the build process
  • Communicate proactively with strategists, PMs, and creatives
  • Ensure all assets, briefs, and calendars stay organized and up to date
  • Join client calls to provide status updates or take notes
  • Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays
  • Build email and SMS campaigns inside modern lifecycle platforms
  • Set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic
  • Schedule campaigns and flows according to the marketing calendar
  • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues (events, profile inconsistencies, dynamic content)
  • Conduct full QA across emails and SMS (links, rendering, device checks, dynamic content, formatting, scheduling)
  • Follow structured SOPs with precision and consistency

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working inside modern email/SMS platforms
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
  • Fast-moving executor who maintains accuracy under speed
  • Comfortable with process-heavy, detail-driven work
  • Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple campaigns at once
  • Able to handle basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting
  • Comfortable using Asana and Slack in a structured operational environment
  • Eager to grow in both coordination and lifecycle execution

Additional Information

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours (9:00am–5:00pm) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.

Homestead Studio is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or genetic information. Homestead is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.

Note on Application Responses
We strongly encourage applicants to answer questions in their own words. While tools like ChatGPT can be helpful for organizing or polishing your thoughts, it is very easy to recognize when responses are copied and pasted without personalization. Candidates who use AI in that way are typically less successful in our process. Please treat your responses as an opportunity to show us how you think and communicate.
