About the Role:
As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will conduct high-volume outbound calls to business leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, Vice Presidents, and other executive decision makers. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling qualified meetings for industry events while building interest through professional, consultative conversations.
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role that requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to navigate objections while maintaining a positive attitude. Successful representatives are highly competitive, organized, and thrive in an environment focused on achieving daily performance goals.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using a parallel dialing platform
Connect with C-level executives and senior decision makers
Navigate executive assistants and gatekeepers to reach key contacts
Schedule qualified meetings for upcoming industry events
Meet daily expectations of 500+ outbound calls and four qualified meetings per day
Build rapport quickly through consultative conversations and active listening
Handle objections professionally while identifying opportunities to generate interest
Accurately document call outcomes, meeting details, and notes within CRM systems
Manage assigned lead lists while maintaining productivity throughout the day
Collaborate with leadership through coaching and continuous performance improvement
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or cold-calling experience preferred
Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales or appointment-setting goals
Confidence speaking with CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, Vice Presidents, and other executive-level decision makers
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling abilities
Experience making high-volume outbound calls (500+ calls per day preferred)
Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems and documenting accurate call notes
Strong computer skills with experience using CRM platforms
Experience with modern sales technology such as parallel dialers, Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesoft, Nooks, or similar platforms is preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt conversations naturally
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Resilient, coachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude despite frequent rejection
Reliable attendance and professionalism
