What You will do
● Own the Buying Pipeline: Seamlessly place, track, and lock down diamond purchase orders with global suppliers, keeping accuracy sky-high and turnaround times rock-bottom.
● Cultivate Supplier Connections: Be the face of Nivoda to our global vendors, managing day-to-day communication to secure top-tier stock, iron out timelines, and solve procurement puzzles.
● Keep Teams Connected: Team up with Quality Control, Logistics, and Customer Success to clear out operational friction and keep the marketplace moving fast.
● Crush the Metrics: Keep a close eye on the metrics. You'll track and hit key performance indicators (KPIs) across processing speeds and supplier reliability to keep our standards elite.
What you’ll need
● The Experience: 1–3 years of professional operations experience preferably within the
diamond/jewellery industry.
● The Skills: Serious organizational skills and an analytical mindset. You should be highly
proficient in Excel or Google Sheets - using formulas and data to track metrics and spot trends is second nature to you.
● The Mindset: A proven problem-solver who stays calm, cool, and collected in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. You bring flawless attention to detail, uncompromising integrity, and a professional edge to everything you do.
