JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an intermediate-level Business Systems Analyst to support United Concordia dental applications. This role focuses on production support, system analysis, and continuous improvement across a complex application environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of these systems, including troubleshooting production issues, supporting incidents and escalations, and performing system and application impact analysis. Responsibilities include identifying root causes across system, data, and configuration issues and implementing effective solutions, including troubleshooting across test and production environments and supporting defect triage and resolution.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of system behavior, and the ability to translate technical findings into clear business context. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, support testing activities (including UAT), and validate system changes. In addition, you will participate in release support and production readiness efforts to ensure system updates meet business expectations.
This is a fast-paced production support environment where balancing day-to-day operational needs with analytical and problem-solving activities is essential. Candidates should bring experience in IT/IS environments, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

$105,900.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
