Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing tickets/work requests using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Basic SQL knowledge preferred
Experience with SOP/process documentation and operational reporting preferred
