This is a remote position.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidate profiles aligned with client requirements
Build and maintain databases of companies, projects, and industry-specific insights
Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide actionable research inputs
Utilize online tools, platforms, and databases to gather and analyze candidate and market data
Assist in creating candidate summaries and profiles for recruitment purposes
Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with the recruitment team
Organize and manage research data for easy accessibility and efficiency
Support administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment research
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Research, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint for data handling and reporting
- Familiarity with online research tools, job portals, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with recruiters and presenting insights
- Ability to organize and manage large datasets with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple research assignments
