We are currently searching for a Business Process & Integration Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently.
• Design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision.
• Build integrations using APIs, ETL, and enterprise tools.
• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quickly.
• Troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Create technical and process documentation.
• Own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations).
• Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing).
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data processing.
• Experience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrations.
• Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience).
• Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired 

• Regrello / Blueprint experience.
• Other workflow tools (ServiceNow, Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, Appian).
• CI/CD and deployment automation.
• BPMN or process modeling.
• Azure Functions / serverless experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
