Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding technology company in the hospitality sector. They provide a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to transform and personalize the guest experience for hotels and accommodation providers worldwide.
To support this ambition, the company is hiring a Business Development Representative in Germany to build and accelerate outbound pipeline generation and act as the first point of contact in the German market.
This is a 100% outbound-focused role, dedicated to building a strong and qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team in Germany.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential hotel and hospitality accounts across the German market.
Own and execute a high-volume outbound prospecting strategy (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Identify and target relevant hotel groups and hospitality decision-makers in Germany
Map key stakeholders across operations, revenue, IT, and management levels
Generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Qualify leads based on ICP fit and business potential (SQL generation)
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure strong data hygiene
Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound cadences and prospecting performance
Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear KPIs (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline generated)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in outbound BDR / SDR roles within B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record in high-volume cold calling
Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong discipline in outbound cadence and activity-based performance
Resilient, energetic, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly appreciated: Exposure to hospitality, travel, or tourism industries, as well as experience working with multi-site or enterprise accounts.
Base Salary: β¬50,000 β β¬75,000
Variable Compensation based on: qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline generated
