Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our IT project acquisition efforts. Your primary goal will be to identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, digital networking, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and business relationship development, to secure introductory meetings between prospective clients and our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily outreach to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
Appointment Setting: Secure qualified introductory meetings with business decision-makers and stakeholders.
Pitching Value: Clearly communicate our IT services, capabilities, and solutions to business owners and executives.
Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create long-term business opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching prospects and handling objections.
Persistence and ability to connect with decision-makers.
Basic understanding of IT services and technology projects.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only position. Compensation is based on successful project acquisitions and business generated through your efforts. There is no fixed salary.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Experience selling IT services, staffing, software solutions, or consulting services is a plus.
