In this role, you will have ownership of a portfolio and the autonomy to develop strategies that drive growth, while being supported by a collaborative, high-performing team. The ideal candidate is tenacious about winning new accounts, motivated by revenue growth, and eager to bring fresh thinking and a solutions-focused mindset to everything they do. You will be provided with the tools, data, and training needed to set you up for success. 

This is a remote role focused on proactive business development, identifying, acquiring, and growing new travel trade accounts. If you are ready to step into an exciting world of travel and sales, we want to hear from you. 

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong potential and the right attitude)
  • Strong interest in consultative selling, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proven ability—through academics, internships, or extracurriculars—to influence, solve problems, and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proactivelyidentify, target, andacquirenew travel trade accounts within an assigned territory, prioritizing partners with strong fit and long-term growth potential
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Build andmaintainstrong partner relationships through in-person visits, virtual meetings, product demonstrations, events, and trade shows
  • Diagnose partner business needs and translate them into tailored product opportunities thatdemonstrateclear and measurable value
  • Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation, closing, and account onboarding
  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and accelerate growth
  • Work cross-functionally with inside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive partner experience
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of business development activities, pipeline status, and account notes in Salesforce
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence toidentifytrends, prioritize opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build visibility and generate new leads
  • Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews to share insights, align on goals, and report on progress
