This is an opportunity to be at the centre of one of Kiwibank’s most significant transformation programmes. You will support Business Assurance across the Core Programme by prioritising critical business processes, assessing risk and impact, and maintaining clear traceability across processes, risks, controls, testing, and evidence. You will contribute to assurance planning, support the alignment of assurance procedures with business outcomes, and help validate that testing and readiness activities are fit for purpose. Working closely with delivery, risk, and technology stakeholders, you will help ensure processes, controls, and operations are ready to adopt change within risk appetite, without unintended disruption, and with confidence at every stage.

For this role we’re looking for an assurance focused analyst who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and confidence to complex change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in business assurance, risk, controls, or operational risk
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and impact assessment
• Experienced in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities
• Strong analytical skills with ability to produce evidence-based insights
• High attention to detail when reviewing and validating process documentation
• Confident in stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Proficient in data driven reporting, including dashboards or tools such as Power BI
