Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banks (user stories, use cases, functional specifications).
  
• Coordinate and collaborate with VRNW and banks to maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS.
  
• Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot.
  
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience, response quality, and accuracy.
  
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports.
  
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment.
  
• Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
  
• Experience in stakeholder management.
  
• Knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems is an advantage.
  
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is desirable.
  
• Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  
• Fluent English and good German language skills.
