About the Role
Namou Properties is looking for a highly technical, systems-driven Business Analyst to join our remote team. You’ll bridge data and operations by optimizing processes through automation, AI, and data-driven solutions.
You’ll take ownership of internal systems, building automations, integrating AI agents, and developing intelligent workflows to improve efficiency across our real estate and property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable automation workflows using n8n and other tools.
- Deploy and manage AI agents to streamline business processes, enhance communication, and reduce manual work.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to generate accurate reports and actionable insights for leadership.
- Maintain and optimize internal databases, knowledge bases, and existing automation workflows.
- Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Proven experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining workflows in n8n.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party systems.
- Familiarity with AI agents and their practical application in business operations.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
The "A+" Factor (Bonus Skills)
Database Design: Deep knowledge of database architecture and design is considered an A+ and will make your application stand out.
