We are seeking a meticulous and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements. You will be instrumental in helping us enhance our service offerings and drive strategic initiatives that support our continued growth and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

 

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and other supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that solutions are designed and delivered in line with business objectives.
• Support the quality assurance and testing processes, including assisting with the development of test cases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyse data to provide insights into product performance, user behaviour, and market trends.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or web services organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and creating technical documentation.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• (Desirable) Experience within the domain registration or web hosting industry.
• (Desirable) Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
