The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is customer-facing, process-oriented, and curious about how software works. This role is designed for someone who can grow into a forward-deployed, high-ownership role over time.
Responsibilities
• Understand business processes, user workflows, and pain points through direct customer interaction
• Translate real-world needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with architects and developers to shape solution options
• Support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness
• Create clear documentation that engineering teams can execute against
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and validation

Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst
• Prior professional experience required (not a fresh graduate role)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong process-thinking and problem-solving ability
• Curiosity about software systems and interest in using AI in daily work
