Identify where our ICP actually spends time online
Build the GEO/SEO foundation so Beside shows up in the right searches and AI answers
Design and run a repeatable content engine across our owned social channels
→ Build a distribution engine
Source creators, ambassadors, and partners who actually reach our users
Run partnerships end-to-end (outreach → brief → execution → measurement)
Build a repeatable bench of high-signal collaborators

Compensation: $137,400–$203,600 depending on seniority, plus generous stock options.
Location: Remote-friendly within the US. NYC is a strong plus (office based in Williamsburg).
