You'd design across all of it and keep every piece unmistakably Resi, wherever someone runs into us. This is design with a brand lens.

What you'll do
- Design across the board: campaign and social graphics, email and ad creative, product and platform visuals, one-pagers, sales collateral, presentation assets, and visuals for the website and other channels.
- Bring the brand to life on our website. Design, build, and ship pages that look polished, represent our platform visually, and move our audience. Use a modern web builder and assemble design with AI assistance.
- Build reusable templates, components, and asset libraries so the whole team and our AI tools can produce on-brand work faster.
- Advance our design system as you go, keeping the brand sharp and consistent across every touchpoint.
- Use AI across your workflow to generate, iterate, and refine, then apply judgment to keep only what's actually good.
- Partner with the marketing team to turn goals into visual work that tells the right story.
- Bring fresh ideas that push the brand forward.
- Bonus if you’ve got the chops: Motion and short animated content. You don't need heavy traditional tooling. Scrappy, creative, and AI-leveraged approaches with solid output.
What you bring
- A brand lens. You know what's on-brand, what's telling the right story, and what to throw away, and you bring that judgment to everything you touch.
- Design and tooling experience
across both traditional and unique applications, including but not limited to Adobe CC, Figma, Claude, and more.
- Strong design ability across formats, with a real feel for hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and composition. Comfortable representing a B2B SaaS product visually, not just lifestyle or social work.
- Web that brings the brand to life. You can design and ship clean, on-brand pages. Platform-agnostic and comfortable shipping with AI in the loop.
- AI-native by default. You use AI as a real part of how you work, to move faster and produce better, and you have the judgment to tell good output from filler.
- A systems mindset. You build reusable assets and templates where they help the team move faster, and you still do the one-off work great when that's what a project needs.
- Independence. You manage your own time, hit deadlines, and ask the sharp questions without hand-holding. You're comfortable with feedback and iteration.
- Related experience in SaaS, tech, or real estate marketing a bonus.
