Brand Designer

We're seeking a Brand Designer to support a dynamic employer branding team. This is a remote role, CST hours, 30 hours a week. Our client, a leading organization, is looking for a creative professional to develop visual assets that strengthen their employer identity and support recruiting efforts. There is no application deadline for this role. *Brand Designer Responsibilities:* * Design visual elements such as logos, icons, badges, and other branding marks aligned with employer branding objectives. * Create merchandise concepts including pins, patches, stickers, and apparel graphics to promote brand awareness. * Grow and maintain a library of visual assets like illustrations, patterns, and supporting graphics for multiple platforms. * Develop assets for presentations, recruiting events, social media, career sites, and marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with branding, recruitment marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables. *Brand Designer Qualifications:* * Between 3 and 7 years of experience in graphic or brand design with a strong portfolio. * Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus. * Demonstrated skill in logo creation, iconography, illustration, and merchandise design. * Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout principles. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt based on feedback. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
