Role overview

We are looking for a Brand & Communication Design Lead to build and elevate INFINOX’s marketing design function across brand, digital, and communication design.

This is a hands-on leadership role. At the first stage, this person will personally own and execute key design projects across web design, marketing communications, and brand design. Over time, they will help define the team structure, hire the right designers, and lead a dedicated communication design team.

The role is ideal for a senior designer or design lead who can combine strong visual taste, hands-on execution, brand thinking, and the ability to bring structure, consistency, and quality to a fast-moving marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and high quality across all marketing and brand touchpoints
  • Translate brand strategy, campaign goals, and business objectives into strong visual systems and practical design solutions
  • Lead and execute high-quality design across web, digital, print, social media, email communications, presentations, campaign assets, brochures, merchandise, and brand guidelines
  • Create high-quality design work hands-on, especially during the first stage while the team is being built
  • Develop and maintain visual guidelines, templates, and design principles to improve consistency, quality, and speed of execution
  • Review design work and provide constructive feedback to ensure strong execution, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with a consistently high level of execution

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, marketing and, digital design projects
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with 3D, and AI tools is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of design principles: typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
  • Experience in brand design, and digital communication design;
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of execution;
  • Ability to prioritise, work independently, and collaborate across teams;
  • Understanding of web design principles and basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS is a plus);
  • Experience in fintech or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a must;
  • Strong written and spoken English


Important note:

This is not a pure management role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on and personally executing design work, especially at the initial stage. The team will be built around this role over time.
