About the Role

We’re seeking a Brand Campaign Coordinator to join our growing Colombia team and support Linqia’s Brand Success Managers (BSMs) in San Francisco in executing world-class influencer campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly—from monitoring creator content and maintaining campaign data to helping deliver polished, insight-driven reports for our clients.

You’ll be an essential part of the Brand Success function, supporting our U.S.-based team in creating exceptional client and creator experiences that drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring campaigns to life: Upload creative outlines, scripts, and briefs into our proprietary platform (Resonate) to help set campaigns up for success.
  • Be the eyes on the details: Track creator content to ensure posts go live on time, meet requirements, and appear accurately across platforms.
  • Protect quality: Conduct first-round quality assurance (QA) checks to confirm content and data accuracy.
  • Keep us organized: Maintain internal trackers, timelines, and campaign documentation that keep the team on the same page.
  • Support storytelling: Compile and clean end-of-program data for reporting, ensuring it’s complete, accurate, and ready for client delivery.
  • Champion the creator experience: Help analyze influencer satisfaction surveys and share feedback with the team.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work cross-functionally with our Brand Success and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (you’ll work in a fully English-speaking environment).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) preferred.
  • Reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet, and quiet workspace.
  • Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
