Save the Children and 54 reasons: A place where your purpose matters.
It takes all types of personalities and talents to drive our organisation– yours included. We value a healthy work-life balance and ensure our people feel connected to each other and our impact. Learn from inspiring people and grow from a connection to our strong local and global networks. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.
About the project:
Save the Children Australia (SCA) is implementing the Building the Climate Resilience of Children and Communities through the Education Sector (BRACE) programme, co-funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), operating across Cambodia, South Sudan, and Tonga, as well as globally.
Component 3 of BRACE is a global coordination and learning component, bridging education and climate globally to connect, coordinate, and collaborate for enhanced climate action in the education sector. A central element of this programme is an 11-part webinar and learning-event series to be delivered over 2026–2030, targeting climate and education actors
SCA is seeking an individual consultant, consultancy, organisation or consortium to plan, coordinate and deliver the webinar and learning-event series end-to-end, running the technical production and either providing or subcontracting the interpretation and accessibility aspect.
A place to make a difference:
The Webinar & Learning Events Consultant(s) will serve as the end-to-end delivery partner for the BRACE webinar and learning-event series. The contractor is responsible for the technical, logistical, production and language aspects of each event, ensuring accessible, well-run and appropriately branded sessions for an international audience.
Save the Children Australia (SCA) owns the content — theme selection, speaker identification and agenda design — and provides the host who chairs and moderates each session live. The contractor supports and delivers everything around this: speaker technical briefing and rehearsal, slide collection and light formatting support, run-of-show, live technical production, language access and accessibility, and post-production.
The events will follow a broadly consistent learning-event format, with production, accessibility and language-support requirements tailored to each event (typically 50–200 participants). English live captions are provided on every event; interpretation and multilingual captions (typically French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Khmer) are matched to each event’s audience; and sign-language interpretation (International Sign or a participant’s national sign language) is provided on request.
The consultant(s) will manage the programme as a single accountable delivery partner, including operation of the webinar platform, application of branding, coordination of language-access and accessibility services, and delivery of post-production outputs. Applications are welcomed from individual consultants, organisations, consortia, or lead contractors managing specialist subcontractors. Interpretation, captioning, sign-language interpretation, accessibility services and post-production may be delivered directly or through subcontracted providers. Regardless of the delivery model, the lead consultant(s) will retain overall responsibility for coordination, quality assurance and contract management, and will serve as Save the Children's single point of contact.
