Accounting & Operations Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for an Accounting & Operations Specialist to start immediately!

📌 About the Client
Our client operates in the Commercial Landscape Supply & Property Maintenance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage Accounts Payable processing
2. Manage Accounts Receivable and collections follow-up
3. Perform bank reconciliations
4. Prepare financial reporting and provide analysis/insights
5. Handle contract administration
6. Review timesheets and support payroll processing
7. Create SOPs and document processes

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience working with North American clients
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong communication skills with a high-level, North American accent preferred

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package :
• PHP 55,000
