Bookkeeper

Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support the financial operations of a

property management business through accurate recordkeeping, vendor coordination, and

consistent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments

● Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations

● Maintain organized financial records and documentation

● Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payment status

● Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries

● Update and maintain records within Rent Manager and Microsoft applications

● Follow established accounting procedures and internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

● Experience with Rent Manager, Excel, and Microsoft Office

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

● Organized, dependable, and process-driven work style

● Ability to learn internal systems and follow procedures closely
