We are adding Booking Support Specialist to our virtual team. In this role, you will assist travelers with researching vacation options, organizing booking details, and keeping important trip information on track. You'll help clients move through the reservation process while providing clear, professional, and responsive service.
Previous travel experience is not required. Individuals from customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales, or other service-oriented backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.
What You'll Handle
- Speak with clients to gather important information about upcoming trips, including dates, destination interests, preferences, and budget
- Search approved resources for hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
- Compare available choices and provide clients with relevant options based on their requests
- Assist with completing reservations through authorized travel supplier platforms
- Coordinate multiple booking components and keep reservation information organized
- Prepare and provide confirmation details, itineraries, schedules, and applicable travel documentation
- Track upcoming travel dates, payment deadlines, and other important booking requirements
- Follow up with clients when additional information or decisions are needed
- Help process routine booking adjustments, cancellations, schedule changes, and special requests
- Review names, dates, reservation details, and travel services to identify potential errors before departure
- Respond to client questions and provide updates regarding active travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate notes and booking records within company systems
- Continue building product and destination knowledge through supplier training and educational programs
