In this position, you will work with clients as they organize upcoming vacations, helping them explore available choices, coordinate requested reservations, and stay informed throughout the booking process.
This is a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, research, and organization. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and continued team support are provided.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to gather vacation dates, destination ideas, preferences, and budget information
Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages
Compare available choices based on each client's priorities and requests
Explain relevant options and reservation information in a clear, professional manner
Assist with coordinating selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional services
Manage booking information through approved supplier platforms and company resources
Prepare confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable pre-travel information
Track reservation deadlines and follow up on outstanding selections or required information
Provide clients with updates as arrangements are confirmed or changed
Assist with routine booking adjustments, cancellations, and special requests
Review traveler names, dates, and reservation information for accuracy
Maintain accurate client records, booking notes, and communication history
Participate in ongoing supplier and destination education
