What You'll Be Doing
Connect with clients to gather vacation dates, destination ideas, preferences, and budget considerations
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and other getaway options
Compare available choices and provide relevant information based on client requests
Assist with arranging selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
Manage reservation details using approved supplier and booking platforms
Provide confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable travel documents
Keep track of important booking deadlines and outstanding client information
Respond to reservation questions and provide timely updates as plans develop
Assist with routine changes, cancellations, and special requests
Review names, dates, and reservation information for accuracy
Maintain clear records of client communications and booking activity
Build destination and supplier knowledge through continued education and training
