Position Overview
We are seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Booking Experience Specialists. In this role, you will help clients move through the vacation-planning process by researching suitable options, coordinating selected services, and keeping booking information accurate and organized.
This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, comparing choices, managing details, and providing dependable follow-up. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Learn about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, interests, budget, and special requests.
Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved resources.
Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and organize confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
Keep clients informed throughout the booking process by answering questions, providing updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with routine changes.
Review booking details for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
