Are you organized, comfortable working with customers, and interested in a flexible remote opportunity where no two travel requests are exactly alike? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our virtual team as Booking Experience Coordinator.
In this position, you will help travelers move from vacation ideas to organized reservations. You'll research available travel products, coordinate selected arrangements, keep booking information up to date, and help clients understand what comes next in their planning process.
Previous professional travel experience is not required. New team members receive onboarding, supplier education, booking-resource training, and ongoing guidance while learning the responsibilities of the role.
What You'll Work On
Gather trip information from clients, including travel dates, destination preferences, number of travelers, interests, and budget considerations
Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, vacation packages, tours, excursions, and activities
Evaluate available choices based on client priorities, availability, and requested features
Present suitable options and provide helpful information to assist clients with making travel decisions
Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, experiences, and other trip components through approved supplier resources
Enter and manage reservation information using designated booking platforms
Organize multiple reservation components into clear and manageable travel plans
Provide confirmation details, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable travel documents
Track payment dates, reservation deadlines, outstanding information, and other important booking requirements
Contact clients when additional information, selections, or documentation are needed
Provide updates as reservations are confirmed or travel details change
Assist with routine reservation modifications, cancellations, date adjustments, and traveler requests
Check booking records for accurate names, dates, destinations, services, and other important information
Maintain detailed records of client conversations, preferences, reservation activity, and follow-up
Use supplier resources and company tools to assist with travel-related questions
Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continued professional development
