Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout the process
Maintain accurate digital records and booking documentation using company systems
Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding items as needed
Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and on schedule
