Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and interns.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure in NJ and/OR NY.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for progress tracking.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
