About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

*Terms of employment / engagement shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the KYB (Know Your Business) backend system — the primary focus of this internship
• Responsible for the compilation and implementation of the interface documentation of the KYB business module
• Take part in testing and regression work for KYB releases, including functional testing, regression verification, and bug tracking with the QA team
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to solve problems reported by the QA team
  Assist the CS team to solve customer problems and classify them for system improvement

• Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above
• Solid Java foundation and understanding of basic frameworks, such as multithreading and networking
• Familiar with Spring micro-service framework and understanding of its operation mechanism
• Familiar with MySQL database, and at least one NoSQL database
• Familiar with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Good logical thinking ability, strong sense of teamwork, and strong learning ability
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
• Experience with web3 projects is preferred
