Lincoln-Goldfinch Law | Remote Bilingual Immigration Attorney, Sales Support | Full-Time | Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 | Reports to: Sales Director

We're Not a Typical Law Firm

Since 2015, Lincoln-Goldfinch Law has helped thousands of immigrant families navigate one of the most complex systems in the world, and we've built a team that genuinely cares about every single one of them. We're 110 people strong, award-winning, and growing fast. Our clients come to us during some of the most critical moments of their lives. That responsibility shapes everything about how we work.

We're a team that shows up for each other. "That's not my job" doesn't exist here. When something needs to get done, we step up. We celebrate wins together, work through challenges together, and hold ourselves to a high standard, not because we have to, but because we believe our clients deserve nothing less.

If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.

The role:

We are hiring an Immigration Attorney to serve as the legal backbone of our sales team. In this role, you won't manage a caseload, appear in court, or meet with clients directly. Instead, you'll sit behind the scenes as the legal expert our non-attorney Sales Consultants rely on during consultations, giving them real-time guidance so every potential client gets an accurate, well-informed read on their immigration options.

This is the ideal role for an attorney who loves immigration law and wants to put that knowledge to work every day, without the demands of direct client representation, court appearances, or case management. If you'd rather be the expert in the room advising the people who talk to clients than be the one on the front line yourself, this was built for you.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Sales Team Legal Support

Serve as the on-call legal resource for Sales Consultants before, during, and after client consultations
Help consultants assess a prospective client's immigration options in real time, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, naturalization, waivers, and other benefits
Flag red flags, complications, or unusual fact patterns that need a closer legal read before a case is sold
Review consultation notes and case facts to confirm the legal strategy being presented to prospective clients is sound

Training & Enablement

Train and coach the sales team on immigration law fundamentals so they can have smarter, more accurate conversations with prospective clients
Build and maintain talking points, scripts, and reference materials that translate legal concepts into clear, sales-ready language
Run regular refreshers on policy changes and how they affect what the sales team can tell prospective clients

Legal Accuracy & Compliance

Ensure every representation made to a prospective client during the sales process is legally accurate and ethically sound
Partner with the Legal Director to keep sales-facing guidance aligned with current law and firm standards
Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes and translate what matters for the sales process

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with Sales Consultants, Intake, and firm leadership to improve the quality and accuracy of the consultation-to-hire process
Contribute to process improvements that increase conversion quality and reduce legally inaccurate promises to prospective clients
Provide feedback that helps the sales team spot cases that are a strong legal fit for the firm
