Everforth ECS is seeking a Benefits and Leave Analyst to work remotely.

 

We’re looking for an experienced Benefits & Leave Analyst to join our Benefits team. This is a great opportunity for a benefits professional who enjoys combining employee support, problem-solving, data analysis, and vendor management and wants to make an impact as part of a collaborative team. 

 

In this role, you’ll take the lead on leave of absence oversight and workplace accommodations while also supporting the administration and analysis of our broader benefits programs. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, HR, Payroll, and benefit partners to make sure our programs operate smoothly and employees receive accuratetimely support. 

 

You’ll also have an opportunity to help strengthen our Benefits team by sharing your expertise, and improving processes. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Own Leave & Accommodation Support 

  • Serve as the Benefits team’s primary resource for leaves of absence and workplace accommodations. 
  • Oversee our leave administrator, ADP Total Absence Management (TAM), to ensure leaves are managed accurately, timely, and in accordance with Company policies and applicable requirements. 
  • Monitor leave cases, identify issues, and partner with ADP TAM to resolve complex or escalated situations. 
  • Help employees and managers navigate the leave and accommodation process with clear, thoughtful guidance. 
  • Coordinate workplace accommodations and the interactive process in partnership with employees, managers, and HR. 
  • Support return-to-work activities, including restrictions, modified schedules, and accommodation needs. 
  • Review leave data and vendor performance to identify trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience. 

 

Support & Analyze Our Benefits Programs 

  • Support the administration of health and welfare, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefit programs. 
  • Help employees resolve benefit questions and issues, partnering with carriers and vendors when needed. 
  • Analyze benefit utilization, costs, plan experience, and trends to help inform benefit decisions. 
  • Support vendor management, benefit billing and reconciliation, annual enrollment, employee communications, reporting, and audits. 
  • Assist with the implementation of new or enhanced benefit programs, vendors, systems, and processes. 
  • Help ensure benefit programs and processes remain compliant with applicable requirements. 

 

Help Build a Strong Benefits Team 

  • Develop procedures, job aids, and resources that make our work easier, more consistent, and scalable. 
  • Partner closely with the Director of Benefits on benefit initiatives, analysis, communications, and special projects. 
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen vendor performance, and enhance the employee experience. 

 

 

Salary Range: $82,000 - $123,000

Qualifications

 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in employee benefits, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, or a combination of these areas. 
  • Must have a bachelor's degree.
  • Working knowledge of leave and accommodation practices, including FMLA and ADA. 
  • Experience partnering with benefit carriers, third-party administrators, and HR/benefit systems. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence working with data and Excel. 
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sensitive employee matters. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex benefit information understandable. 
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and sound judgment when handling confidential information. 
  • An interest in sharing knowledge and helping develop others.
