We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Location: Austin, TX (on-site position), Remote if outside of the Austin area.

Type: Full Time
Compensation: $19.23- $21.63 hourly

Qualifications: 

• Experience using Excel and Word
• Great attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects as needed

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for verifying patient benefit details regarding ABA therapy for the diagnosis of Autism
• Communicate with insurance companies via phone and online portals for all patients interested in ABC and current patients experiencing a change of insurance
• Accurately document patient insurance coverage details utilizing organizational software platforms

• Effectively communicate patient account details and outstanding accounts to other departments within ABCs
