What You'll Do:
Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
Participating in organizational improvements using OBM
Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
Ability to work independently with only general supervision
3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists
Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months
Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required
Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
Experience working with children;
Comfortable working in remote environments
Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
Highly organized
Professional, positive attitude and appearance
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
