Back-end Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries for high performance.
• Ensure the security and robustness of back-end components.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and documentation.
