Best Office Staff is looking for an experienced B2C Appointment Setter to support a client in the fitness and rehabilitation industry.

The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh leads generated through online ads and understands the importance of speed to lead. We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle high-volume outreach and convert fresh leads into qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact fresh leads generated through online ads
• Respond quickly using a strong speed-to-lead approach
• Perform B2C outbound calling and triple dialing
• Qualify leads and handle initial inquiries
• Schedule qualified appointments
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2C calling and appointment setting
• Experience with speed to lead and triple dialing fresh leads
• Demonstrated results in converting leads into appointments
• Previous experience in the fitness, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation industry
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
• Confident, results-driven, and comfortable working with fresh leads
