About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence and support digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus primarily on creating, managing, and publishing content that strengthens brand visibility, engagement, and credibility across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and manage social media content across company channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Design and publish engaging social media posts, primarily for digital platforms, with occasional support for print materials.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and company goals.
  • Write clear, professional, and engaging copy for social media, email, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and visibility.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Support email marketing and other digital campaigns as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure outreach, messaging, and campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints.

Trade Show & Event Marketing Support

  • Assist with trade show marketing initiatives, including directories, calendars, and pre- and post-show communications.
  • Provide light logistical support related to trade shows, approximately 10% of the role.
  • Help coordinate event-related organization, including travel arrangements, schedules, and supporting materials when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong experience creating engaging social media content for professional, technical, industrial, or B2B environments.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
  • C1 English level required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable creating both written and visual content for digital channels.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a valid U.S. visa.
  • Must be able to travel internationally for trade shows when needed.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or B2B marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience in industrial, electrical, energy, construction, engineering, or technical industries is a plus.
