The B2B Recruiter is responsible for identifying hiring opportunities at law firms and professional organizations while sourcing and screening top talent. The role also involves managing internal recruiting operations, onboarding new hires, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Position Overview
The B2B Recruiter will support our recruiting team by identifying hiring opportunities, building relationships with firms, sourcing talent, and helping manage internal recruiting and onboarding processes. This role combines recruiting, business development, research, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Research
- Research law firms and professional organizations that are actively hiring
- Identify key decision-makers and hiring managers
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels
- Develop relationships with firms and hiring organizations
- Track hiring trends and market opportunities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
- Assist with internal recruiting efforts for our growing team
- Create and manage job postings
Onboarding & Operations
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes
- Ensure completion of onboarding documentation
- Assist with training schedules and onboarding workflows
- Maintain recruiting systems and ATS records
- Help improve recruiting processes and SOPs
- Support implementation and management of recruiting technologies
Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Build long-term relationships with firms and talent networks
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences

Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, or sales experience preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools
- Strong research and internet investigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
