AWVS Compliance Associate I

Labcorp is seeking a Compliance Associate I to join our team at Yeshwantpur

Work Schedule

2nd Shift - 2PM - 11PM

Remote based

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining systems that store animal welfare and regulatory data.

• Help prepare documentation for inspections and client visits.

• Support the tracking of licenses, permits, and certifications.

• Maintain centralized records and assist with client requests.

• Coordinate updates to departmental policies and SOPs.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned training and tasks.

• Provide basic system support and training to team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including GLP operations and/or Quality Assurance, preferably within an in vivo research environment.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or quality systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
