iQuasar LLC has an exciting opportunity for a AWS Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The Full Stack Developer will work on the federal public facing portal project. The federal public facing portal is a high-visibility program aimed at enhancing access to government services for small businesses. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in leading the development of the initial MVP pilot of the SSO Portal by integrating various external systems and data sources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions using an Agile DevSecOps environment and Customer Experience methodologies.

Role Specific Duties/ Role Responsibilities:
- Hands on expertise with designing, developing, and delivering highly scalable, highly available, modular, flexible, and secure serverless solutions hosted on AWS cloud.
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect and/or Developer) is preferred.
- Lead the development team by collaborating with product managers, Architects, SMEs, and UI/UX designers to design, develop, and implement end-to-end Portal platform with SSO on AWS platform.
- Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
- Establish industry best practice for DevSecOps process to fit client environment.
- Build and integrate APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services, systems, and databases.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Establish a test-driven development model with the QA/Test team to ensure software quality through continuous testing and debugging.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong experience developing enterprise web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
- Prior experience in projects related to government services, customer experience, or financial services is a plus.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
